3DC is pleased to announce that Kenzo Nagai, a veteran in the battery industry, has been appointed as an advisor.
Kenzo Nagai is an engineer with 28 years of experience in overseas lithium-ion battery manufacturing. His experience includes cell development, cell quality analysis, factory design , and program management for companies such as Tesla and Apple.
Kenzo Nagai’s advisory support will enable 3DC to strengthen its’customer engagement activities and increase focus on cooperation with overseas companies.

An independent technical consultant based in Canada with a background in Industrial Engineering, he has been involved in battery R&D, quality evaluation, material sourcing, and program management at lithium-ion battery manufacturers such as E-One Moli Energy and CBAK Power Battery, as well as at Tesla, Apple, and Northvolt which aims to develop sustainable batteries. He has been in his current position since September 2023.
